Theresa was born in London and spent her youth in India and Rhodesia/Zimbabwe. She has been singing and playing guitar since the age of 10. At 18, she joined a college band and they were hired to record an album of country music. In 1992, she started writing her own songs.
Jermaine Jackson first heard Theresa Rhodes sing "Save Tomorrow" in 1993. He liked the song and its message and offered to sing it with her. The duet was first performed in public at a charity concert in England where Theresa appeared as Jermaine's guest artist.
In 2004, we recorded and released the album "The Other Side" and gave a series of concerts, notably in Paris at the "New Morning" and at the Arena in Geneva where we played the first act before Lionel Richie.
